Package A - Day Of Coordinator $1,500.00
Package B - Partial Planning, Florals, Decor and Day Of Coordinator $2,750.
Package C - Full Planning, Florals, Decor and Day Of Coordinator $5,000.00

Package A Details
PACKAGE A - DAY OF COORDINATOR $1,500.00
A DOC will work with you primarily during the month, or two, leading up to your wedding.
A 30 day out meeting and a walkthrough of your venue with you is required so that the DOC can learn the room and visualize the way you want it set up.
The bride is responsible for hiring all vendors.
The DOC will create a floor plan and timeline with you and make sure all of your vendors have it prior to the wedding date.
On the day of the wedding the DOC is on site to greet vendors and make sure they set up where you want them.
On the day of the wedding the DOC is the leader and main contact for anything & everything related to your day.
The DOC will use the timeline to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time from start to finish.
The DOC is experienced enough to put out fires if/as they arrive without causing the bride any stress.
My number one goal on your wedding day is for you to relax and enjoy your day.
Package B Details
PACKAGE B - PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNER $2,750.00 (plus travel &
accommodations)
In addition to all of the above, Package A, the wedding planner makes your vision come to life.
A planner is responsible to manage and execute all of the logistics for your wedding.
A planner will meet with the bride as many times as needed to create a vision and plan.
A planner will assist with everything during the months leading up to your wedding
The planner can make recommendations on great vendors to work with and can secure dates with them if needed.
The planner will also be responsible for all decorations/décor for your wedding to include:
o Bouquets
o Boutonnières
o Corsages
o Centerpieces
o Arch swags
o Easel & sign set up
All of Lali’s Loft décor will be available to you free of charge to include inventory, deliver, set up & tear down.
A wedding planner will work closely with you to make sure your vision of layout and décor are exactly what you’re looking for.
A wedding planner is there with you along the whole process so that on your wedding day you will not be bothered or stressed dealing with any vendors, etc.
A wedding planner can also manage your RSVP’s and create the floor plan and the seating chart.
Mileage is charged at .50cents per mile for any venue 25 miles or more away.
A hotel room may be required if the event is over 45 minutes away and/or ends late at night.
Package C Details
PACKAGE C - WEDDING PLANNER $5,000.00 (plus travel & accommodations)
In addition to all the above services (Package A & B) the wedding planner handles almost every aspect of your wedding.
Bride & groom will give their input and approval for every vendor but the wedding planner finds them and contracts with them.
This package is basically for the bride & groom that want to primarily sit back and enjoy the engagement without the stress of actually planning a wedding. Couples that buy this package are mostly the ones that have an extremely busy life with work, school, kids, etc. and for the couples that live out of town.
Mileage is charged at .50cents per mile for any venue 25 miles or more away.
A hotel room may be required if the event is over 45 minutes away and/or ends late at night.
Side Note
It would be almost impossible to list all of the duties of a day of coordinator/planner because there are very often things that come up that no one prepared for or thought of – this is where your coordinator/planner has the knowledge and expertise to resolve any and all issues that may arise without you ever knowing anything about it.
If you choose Package A you can always upgrade to Package B or C at any time. Same for choosing B, C can be added.
I’m really easy & flexible to work with and will always have your best interest in mind so I would never sell a package that I don’t feel is necessary.
Florals and/or rentals, listed below, are available for rent even if you don’t purchase a wedding package.
